Beauty Trends under the Radar
Here’s a sneak peek into the upcoming beauty trends to look out in autumn/winter 2018…
Fluttering lashes were the main focus of the ultra-feminine beauty looks at Givenchy and Valentino with the trend taking a neon turn at Dries Van Noten with brightly colored lashes that would be sure to make your eyes pop.
1920’s inspired finger waves were all the rage this season giving a modern twist to the classic style by embellishing with hair pins for an aristocratic-chic feel.
Think pink this season with sugary shades and rosy hues adorning the catwalks, Christian Dior sweetened the deal with candy pink liner gracing their runway, whilst Jeremy Scott kept it cute with pastel pink hair dos’.
Alexander Wang led the way this season with structured brows, bare lashes and softly contoured angles creating the barely-there beauty look of this A/W.
Back from the Beach
Back-from-the-beach hair reignited our love of loose curls this season with mermaid waves ruling Emporio Armani, and Balmain showcasing classic soft locks that are not just for the summer seasons.
In the Nude
Mary Katrantzou and Stella McCartney kept it neutral this season with barely-there nude nails, the perfect pairing to complement their bold collections, whilst Mulberry took the trend to rebellious regions with nude nails embellished with Swarovski crystals.
