“This is when my darling daughter was just

about five months old, and had learned to

crawl on all fours. I clearly remember it was

in the afternoon, I was alone and I just had

to capture the moment to share with my

husband. I was joyfully whatsapping him the

picture, while there were tears in my eyes.

Realization dawned upon me, that the ‘life’

that was once inside of me, was out and

already ‘moving away’ from me....My ‘heart’

roaming outside of my body, slowly but

surely finding its way...I was proud, happy

and sad; a paradox of sorts. One thing for

sure, being a mother makes us crazy in love

and in awe of the human being you created.

Or rather, the ‘human being’ that made

YOU.”
