routine. We have a power packed issue for

fall as World Heart Day is on September

29. In lieu of this, we have a great in-

depth feature lined up on “Caring for your

heart” which looks at the various aspects

of optimal heart health. Also for Breast

Cancer Awareness month in October, we

have a feature on metastatic breast cancer

and how this less-talked about disease

impacts women and their families.

Also, admittedly it can be tough getting

back into the school routine and to make

it easier, we have an in-depth feature

on “A guide for packing healthy school

lunches” to help parents pack wholesome,

yet delicious school lunches. Moreover, as

part of our continued aim to evolve our

magazine and take our content to an even
