AL BAKER

CHICKEN PIZZA

Ingredients

Al Baker All purpose flour

: 2 ½ cups

Oil

: 1 tsp

Yeast

: 1 tsp

Salt

: ½ tsp

Sugar

: ½ tsp

Baking powder

: ½ tsp

Lukewarm water

: enough to make the dough

Colored Bell pepper, chopped : 4 tbsp

Jalapeño, sliced

: 4 tbsp

Capers

: 2 tbsp

Sundried tomatoes

: 1 tbsp

Grated cheese

: ½ cup

Black olives, sliced

: few

Pizza sauce

: 2 tbsp

Oregano

: ½ tsp

Chili flakes

: 1 tbsp

Method

• Take Al Baker All Purpose flour and add salt, sugar, and baking

powder; and mix well.

• Now add lukewarm water, yeast, sugar and make dough.

• Oil the dough and keep aside.

• On a board, shape the dough into a pizza base shape and make

cuts with a fork.

• Pre heat oven at 150 °c.

• Now put it on a hot pan and turn when cooked.

• Place it on the board and allow it to cool.

• When cool, spread pizza sauce over it.

• Then add olives, jalapeño, bell peppers, capers, sundried

tomatoes, oregano and top it with cheese.

• Keep in pre heated oven Bake at 150 °c for 6-7 minutes.

• When cooked, place it on a board and cut in slices.

• Garnish with chili flakes and serve hot.

AL BAKER

SEMOLINA LADOO

Ingredients

Al Baker Semolina

: 2 cups

Sesame seeds

: 2 tbsp

Khoya or Mawa

: 1 cup

Saffron

: 1 pinch

Milk

: 1 cup

Ghee

: 1 tbsp

Sugar

: 1 cup

Cardamom powder

: 1 tsp

Assorted nuts

: ½ cup

Raisins

: 4 tbsp

Method

• In a hot pan put Al Baker semolina and keep stirring till roasted.

• In another pan put ghee and add nuts, raisins and fry for a

minute.

• Remove the roasted semolina in a plate and in same pan add

ghee, mawa, saffron, cardamom powder and sesame seeds.

• Then add the nuts and milk to this pan and then roasted

semolina also and mix well.

• Finally add sugar and transfer the mixture to a bowl.

• Roll the mixture into small balls.

• Dip the balls in sesame seeds.

• Semolina Ladoos are now ready, garnish with saffron and serve.
