Thumbay Hospital has planned another fun filled event in honor of
all mothers out there. “Mom’s Day Out” will be held on Saturday, May
2 at Thumbay Hospital in Dubai and is a day to celebrate all moms.
The event will encompass health and wellness and we are hosting
several workshops and talks, exhibitions, food stalls, exercise demos,
and there will even be a children’s play area to keep the little ones
happy.
Also with Ramadan just around the corner, we have a roundup of
Ramadan related features, from common mistakes made in Ramadan
to introducing your children to fasting the right way. We also met
with Saher Shaikh who has made her charity “The Adopt-a-Camp
Foundation” an intrinsic part of her life. And not forgetting upcoming
exams, we have a guide to helping both moms and kids tackle exams
with ease. We have also included a guide to losing weight the right
way. And finally with temperatures rising day by day, we have a guide
to protecting your skin from the summer sun.
