consultation, the stylist
Jennie determined my
hair’s specific needs and
then recommended the
Oleo fusion, with the green,
nutritive booster for my
hair. Following a shampoo,
Jennie applied the dose that
delivered deep, targeted
action to start repairing and
transforming my hair. Next
my hair was blow-dried and
less than 40 minutes later, I
had beautifully shiny hair.

Treatment of the Month
Perfect Brows
For someone like me whose eyebrows
are sparse and super thin, the thought of
waking up to fuller brows was a dream
come true. For the micro-pigmentation
technique, first, a consultation with
Patricia Kerr, expert at L’Esprit, was
carried out in which she applied a
topical numbing cream. The area was
measured and drawn in with the thinner
areas filled out and any irregularities
corrected. Once the desired shape was
meticulously drawn on the eyebrows,
colors and exact shades were discussed
depending on skin tone and coloring;
mine was Tobacco, a cool dark ash brown
to match my hair. Next she applied light
feather strokes to my eyebrows followed
by shading. This technique is repeated
up to six times until the desired color is
achieved. It didn’t really hurt but felt more
like a mild scratching sensation which
actually subsided after a few minutes. A
vitamin E cream was provided and I was
advised to apply it three to four times
daily for five days, but there was no post
treatment bleeding or scabbing. I saw the
result about five days post treatment. I
was told that 40 to 60 percent of the color
will fade in this time however a follow up
session 10 to 14 days later would remedy
any gaps or faded areas. The result was a
softer looking face with fuller eyebrows
that looked super natural and are the
perfect remedy for someone who is time
restricted and busy.
