Bianca Ellis,
Assistant PR and Marketing Manager at House of Enspa (The Nail
Spa and Marquee.)
Q
Are you a gym fanatic or a yoga
type of gal?
Bianca:
I love the idea of the gym and I will go solidly for about a
month and then I will have a busy period at work and my routine
completely goes out the window! I need a trainer, someone who is
going to knock on my door in the morning and make me work out!
But, I do eat healthily, I don’t buy processed or frozen foods, I like to
eat fresh foods and am always conscious when choosing food.
Q
While traveling, what are the top
five items/pieces you ALWAYS carry?
Bianca:
My thing is shoes; usually my main luggage is filled with
clothes and I have my carry-on filled with as many pairs of shoes I
can fit without going over the weight limit. Two pairs of flip flops
usually black and a neutral color, flat sandals, wedges, trainers, and
then at least three pairs of evening shoes.

Q
How do you stay in shape?
Salma:
Recently, I have taken to the gym and watch what I’m
eating. A daily one to two hour session at the gym has allowed me to
shed a few unwanted pounds and feel a lot more energetic as well as
boost my outlook. With that I have also created a diet plan cutting
down carbs while increasing salads, fruits and protein in my diet.
Q
While traveling, what are the top
five items/pieces you ALWAYS carry?
Salma:
As a frequent traveler I tend to be practical when packing.
Basic necessities include a pair of black trousers and jeans; both are
easy to wear and go with just about everything. And a scarf that can
double up as a belt accompanied by one plain white top and one
evening blouse.
