Q
What’s your secret to staying fit?
Tash:
I work very long hours, often 7 days a week and my life is pretty
stressful to be honest, so I find one of the main ways I deal with this is by
keeping fit and exercising regularly. I usually work out 5 to 6 times each
week, but I’m not very confident with weights, so I have a personal trainer,
a professional MMA fighter called Rafat Shawe, who I train with 3 times a
week to make sure I do weights the right way as well as cardio.
Q
While traveling, what are the top
five items/pieces you ALWAYS carry?
Tash:
Sunglasses – I usually have 2 to 3 pairs in my bag to wear
depending on mood and what I’m wearing. My nude Louboutin shoes-
with limited space these go with just about anything, be it jeans, trousers
or a dress. An oversized clutch bag – this can work both day and night
and so I always take one with me in a relatively neutral color, such as
black, grey or cream, to use with multiple outfits. Also a soft jersey dress –
perfect for lounging by the pool or wearing comfortably on a plane.

Q
Are you a gym fanatic or a yoga type
of gal?
Laura:
I like to keep it varied! In one week you can find me at Physique 57
doing their famous Barre class, horse riding in the desert, paddle boarding
or on the beach doing yoga, this way I never feel bored or stuck in a rut!
Q
While traveling, what are the top
five items/pieces you ALWAYS carry and
why?
Laura:
When I recently travelled to India I bought a lot of light, cotton
scarves that can also be used as a sarong or a blanket for the plane. My
trusty Havaianas travel the world with me! They’re customized with spikes
on so can be dressed up or down and are incredibly comfy! I love my Tom
Ford cat eye sunglasses as they add a touch of glamour to my daytime look
and the fit and feel are perfect!
