Typically what do
you carry in your day to day
handbag?
Alya:
My handbag essentials are
lip balm, cold collagen, RevitaLash
serum, hand sanitizer, a protein bar,
lotion, deodorant, keys, wallet, cell
phone and a perfume bottle filled
with grapefruit oil to help curb
my appetite, a trick I learned from
Jennifer Lopez.
Q
What are the five things
you CANNOT live without and
why?
Alya:
I
cannot live without my
RevitaLash, elastic bands in different
sizes, protein bars, a bottle of water
and my cell phone.

Finally, if you were
allowed just 3 things in your
handbag, what would they be?
Alya:
R
evitalash - I am addicted! I
have always had nice lashes but it
has made them so much nicer and I
can’t go a day without using it. Elastic
bands - I carry elastic bands with me
everywhere I go! It is an easy way to
get your workout in when you don’t
have time to go to the gym. They also
don’t take any room and I love using
them when I am short on time. You
can work out your entire body in 10
minutes and you can really work out
just about anywhere so there is never
an excuse not to get your daily dose
of exercise in! Protein bars - I love
carrying protein bars with me because
they are a great meal replacement. I
don’t always have time to take a lunch
break and they are great because I can
eat them quickly at my desk or when
I am on the go. They are great as they
provide my body with the nutrients it
needs. This method also helps control
my hunger and helps keep my body
toned.
