Bespoke Body Transformations

Imagine being able to transform your body completely– sounds too good to be true? Nick Mitchell, Global CEO and Founder of Ultimate Performance Fitness highlights how it’s done.

The Elements
According to Mitchell, the reason that a complete body transformation is a rare thing is that it involves the management of multiple moving parts. “At Ultimate Performance Fitness, we don’t just ‘exercise’ our client, we take a holistic, global approach to anything and everything that can impact his or her body composition,” he says. “That means we want to know how you eat, sleep, think, react and digest.” They also look at your ability to deal with stress, your travel schedule, your gut health, and they adapt all your various plans accordingly.

Results

Mitchell points out that when dealing with the human body, the answer is “it depends”. “Your results depend upon how smart your workout and diet plan are, how consistent and dedicated you are to those plans, your genetic response, and results are always, but always a function of the time you spend consistently applying the new lifestyle changes,” he tells. “Six weeks is usually trumped by twelve weeks, but six weeks is always enough time to start to see some radical changes.”

Some of the key reasons for such visible results in such a short amount of time, explains Mitchell, is attention to every detail. “Because of the way we work with our PTs, they are personally invested in the progress of each one of their clients,” he says, and if you don’t get results at UP Fitness, the Trainers know there will be a serious investigation and consequences.

Diet

Every aspect of a client’s diet, up to whatever level the client wishes, is maintained, highlights Mitchell. “That might mean helping you to micro-manage and track every morsel that you eat, or simply giving you 10 rules to live by and seeing how that fits into your busy lifestyle,” he notes. “Diet adherence is of paramount importance to your results, but there is never a one size fits all approach that works.”

One of the many unique tricks of the trade that they have at UP is a staff member who is a professional chef and is there to help any client who is struggling to make their diet palatable. “She can prepare specific recipes for you to try out, give guidance on food preparation, and keep your enjoyment in food,” says Mitchell.
