The Kempinski Hotel Ajman truly lauds the holy month of Ramadan with its delicious Iftar buffet offering and especially curated for this holy month. Offering traditional specialties such as freshly baked saj, bespoke shawarmas, and ouzi, there are also several live cooking stations to whet your appetite. In addition to an expansive hot and cold mezze station, salad station, and an ample desserts section with a variety from all corners of the globe. Farzi Café

Farzi Café has curated an expansive Iftar menu designed by the Chef with Eastern flavors. The Iftar menu starts off with Ramadan Sunset Macaroons- an assortment of Arabic inspired macaroons and progresses to mains like Beef Boti Hash- offering succulent dices of Wagyu tossed with Indian spices, served on a bed of potato hash, Lamb Seekh Nihari, onion seed naan- Farzi Café’s rendition of the classic Indian Seekh served with Nihari. The menu also offers desserts like Turkish coffee kunafe, Rabri cloud, and Gulab Jamun; all lending a sweet trail to the exquisite experience.

Fairmont Ajman Hotel

Fairmont Ajman will embrace the Holy Month of Ramadan by unveiling its first ever bespoke Ramadan tent, the first of its kind in the emirate of Ajman. Named after the precious turquoise stone, the contemporary-styled Al Fayruz Ramadan Tent will host a magical celebration of food and heritage inspired by the spirit of the season. With a 160-seating capacity and a stunning ocean view, here you can enjoy not only Arabic specialties, but delicious Turkish dishes, in addition to pasta, Indian, Chinese, and even sushi. The hot and cold mezze offers soups, salads, and other nibbles. There are traditional Emirati sweets in addition to Western desserts and overall, the Iftar buffet is expansive and spread across through this magical tent that imbues a sense of calm and tranquility

Tresind, an award winning, modern Indian fine-dining restaurant serves up the best of its modernist Indian cuisine this Ramadan. Their especially curated Ramadan set menu includes Tresind’s one-of-a-kind options of pre-starters that are complimentary and served on all tables. Next, guests can order anything and everything from their set menu which is offering options of grillers, biryanis, curries and desserts (drinks are not included).
