La Serre in Dubai Infuses New Culinary Innovation into Its Menu

La Serre, Dubai has recently appointed Gautier Gaschi, as the new Executive Chef. With gourmet experience from Michelin Star kitchens, he brings a dynamic energy to the dining experience at this hugely popular French restaurant.

Chef Gautier brings nearly 16 years of culinary experience. With his finger on the pulse of Dubai’s decadent culinary trends, Gautier will bring guests an exceptional and memorable dining experience by introducing a renovative and characteristic food menu that satisfies even the most discerning taste bud of every epicurean in Dubai.

Also for Chef Gautier, a chef’s engagement with patrons is paramount, elaborating, “This means sharing the story of every dish and this knowledge brings them to live the same passion in what we are serving and why we chose to serve it to our guests.”

20180125_133436_resized_previewOn a personal note, when asked his favorite cuisine, chef Gautier revealed, “It’s Japanese and French as both have a similarity; both are cuisines that seem to be very simple when served, but are actually very detailed in terms of preparation– every ingredient is well-thought out and put together to create a perfect dish.”
