There is no better way to unwind and enjoy a delicious brunch than at Ajman Kempinski’s Garden Brunch.

Ajman has become the UAE’s favorite place to unwind and get away from the traffic and chaos to enjoy the beautiful scenic coastline. During our tasting, there was a kite festival going on with lots of people flying colorful kites, lively music, and a fun atmosphere.

The live cooking stations were set out in the garden while the breakfast items, salads, and desserts were inside. The Arabic station offered standard Arabic fare with the customized shawarmas being prepared. The barbecue station unleashed my inner carnivore with its fresh cuts of meat and chicken/prawns ready to be cooked as you like with accompaniments like baked potatoes, steak fries, corn on the cob, and lots of tasty sauces and relishes to go along with the meat. Each live cooking station, in fact, presented it’s cuisine in the most authentic way possible so for the Italian, there were different kinds of pasta, cooked according to your personal taste with the option of meat, chicken, vegetarian, and your choice of sauces. The Chinese section had a variety of dim sum: spring rolls, steamed dumplings, and fried dumplings, as well as other Eastern styled curries with fried rice and noodles.

There is the option to sit indoors also and here you will find plenty of salads on one side and on the other side, breakfast items. The desserts section will satisfy your sweet tooth with everything from sliced almond cake and honey cake to mini custards, puddings and pastries. You can have a crepe made exactly as you like; I had mine drizzled with hot chocolate syrup and topped with fresh fruit with a dollop of whipped cream. Indeed, a very indulgent way to end this gastronomic brunch experience.
