Why Letting Go of Hate and Negativity is Good for Us

Rather than saying “negativity”, a better way to look at it is: what is draining our energy or disturbing our peace of mind? We need to listen to and understand what our feelings are telling us and what they are pointing us towards. If we do not pay attention to these emotions, they are going to be expressed in the body and hence the body suffers. Self-inspecting our thoughts and feelings means no longer working in the dark, we then have a realization which will change our projection and experience.

Why it Matters

We have a tendency to hide how we really feel. This is the part of us that is the shadow that we don’t want anyone to see, which is the root of the habit of pretending to be fine. Little do we know that the wealth and treasure is there as these feelings indicate and signal that there is something we have been in pain about for so long and never felt justice about. They are inviting us to shift and create a different experience for ourselves; and that is the core of transformation and transformative healing.

Evolving

This isn’t about letting go of hatred or negativity, but rather how we start seeing the patterns our emotions express and making choices accordingly that would keep us evolving. The more we evolve, the more energy moves throughout our entire body, and the more there is a flow, the more the body is at ease and heals. It is all interconnected, and nothing is disjointed from the other, from the mental to the physical. And at the end, our bodies are merely a reflection and manifestation of our thoughts.
