Break Your Fast the Healthier Way at Flow

Flow is offering a carefully-curated ‘Ramadan Kit’. This includes a green juice with kale, apple, ginger and lemon, as well as a bag of mixed apricots and dates – the perfect source of natural sugars to compensate for energy lost during the long fasting hours – Flow’s Ramadan Kit is priced at just Dhs 40. A special Ramadan cake will also be on sale during the month for just Dhs 38, which chefs have expertly whipped together from banana, za’atar, dates and walnuts and feature only natural unrefined sugars. All of this can be washed down with a limited edition Date Chai Latte for Dhs 24.

Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor is offering a specially curated Iftar menu this Ramadan with something to please everyone. From their renowned modern pani poori shots, cut fruits, and assorted nuts/olives. For the non-vegetarians, starters range from olive and nuts stuffed chicken to charcoal roast lamb skewer. Vegetarians can enjoy Zatooni Paneer, Bejinggann ki Gilawat, and Chick Peas Chat. Mains include Paneer Mirch Badam and Scrambled Spinach and Peanuts. In non-veg, mains include Lemon Coriander Chicken and Lamb Shank Stew. Don’t forget the delicious accompaniments and sweet treats such as Umali Seviyan, Gajerela Umali, and more.

The Market Place at Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf, Dubai

Liwan by Mohammed Al Hakim Ramadan Majlis launched its luxurious and elegantly-set tent at City Walk’s new expansion next to The Green Planet, highlighting an exclusive Arabian concept which ignites the Ramadan festivities and ambience, taking this year’s Ramadan night experience to an all new level. The Liwan by Mohammed Al Hakim Ramadan Majlis comes as a vibrant and elegant concept that is intended to provide an innovative and new experience in the region.

Pai Thai

The Ramadan three-course special set menu comprises unlimited small dishes designed to be shared, from Thai specialities Plha Nuea Ma Khua Pho, grilled beef salad with eggplant, chili paste, lemongrass, garlic and lemon dressing, to Sate Gai, grilled marinated chicken sate, coconut milk, lemongrass, turmeric and peanut sauce. When it comes to the mains, there’s everything from Gaeng Khiew Wan Gai, green chicken curry to Kana Nuea Nam Man Hoy, wok fried beef, Thai broccoli, garlic, mushroom and oyster sauce. Dessert is served in the form of Tap Tim Krob, crispy water chestnut, sugar syrup, coconut milk and crushed ice.
