On Aging

The trick with aging is to try delaying it as much as we can because we can’t stop it. When I was a teen and I started to pay attention to my looks, my mother told me – you only have one face and you’re going to need it your whole life, so we better take good care of it. I am still following her advice and I really think that regular salon treatments and good products are the most important tools, of course eating a balanced diet and drinking lots of water (especially here in UAE ) is a must.
